South Carolina has expanded its 2027 recruiting haul with a new addition. On Monday, interior offensive line prospect Will Endicott, a native of Prosper, Texas, gave his verbal pledge to the Gamecocks.
Endicott has received offers from several other Power Four programs in the Southwest, including TCU, Kansas, Kansas State, Wake Forest, SMU, and Baylor. He’s scheduled to visit South Carolina on June 5, with additional trips planned to Kansas and Oklahoma State later that month.

With Endicott on board, South Carolina’s recruiting class now includes three players: three-star safety Jernard Albright and quarterback Jerry Meyer III, who also hails from Texas.
According to the 247Sports Composite, the Gamecocks’ 2027 class is currently ranked 65th nationally. Endicott himself is not yet ranked as a prospect by 247, so it remains unclear whether his commitment will impact the class’s overall standing.
While Endicott may not yet be a highly sought-after name in the 2027 cycle, he addresses a key area of need that South Carolina was eager to fill in this recruiting group.
