Throughout his 21-year NBA career with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers, LeBron James has squared off against many of the best players and teams the league has ever seen.
LeBron has faced teams such as the Big Three Boston Celtics, the Golden State Warriors (Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant), and the San Antonio Spurs (Tim Duncan and Kawhi Leonard) in the playoffs. However, the Denver Nuggets, lead by Nikola Jokic, have his number more than any other team right now.
The defending champion Nuggets have beaten LeBron and the Lakers in 11 straight games and are on the verge of knocking them out of the playoffs for the second consecutive year.

As for where they rank amongst the teams James has seen in his career, he isn’t sure, but definitely feels they are near the top of the list, but it’s definitely one of the better teams that I’ve played in my career. But ranking it right now would be too difficult. I’ve played against a number of great teams, including this one.”,
It’s too hard for me to answer that question right now,” LeBron said after the Lakers’ Game 3 loss to the Nuggets. “I’ll probably sit back at some point and rate the teams in my 20-plus year career in terms of which were the toughest. This team is obviously well-equipped, prepared, and coached. They have no offensive weaknesses. Over the last three years, they have had one of the finest starting fives in the league with every player they put on the court, particularly in their starting lineup.
“They have shotmakers, playmakers, and players who can rebound, assist, and do other adult things. So they constantly strive to keep you at bay. but it’s definitely one of the better teams that I’ve played in my career. But to rank it right now, it would be too hard. I’ve played against a lot of great teams, this is a great team and I’ve played against a lot.”
