Viktor Lakhin exploded for 22 points, leading Clemson to a thrilling 77-71 victory over No. 2 Duke on Saturday night. The Tigers also dominated Player of the Year candidate Cooper Flagg, limiting him for most of the game. Chase Hunter added 14 points, while Ian Schieffelin contributed a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
The win not only snapped Duke’s 16-game winning streak but also crushed their hopes of an unbeaten ACC season and their bid for the top spot in the nation under coach Jon Scheyer.
