The New England Patriots have signed free-agent linebacker Harold Landry III to a three-year, $43.5 million deal, including $26 million in guarantees, and re-signed tight end Austin Hooper to a one-year, $5 million contract, per reports on Sunday.

Landry, a former Pro Bowl selection, was recently released by the Tennessee Titans and joins the Patriots after recording nine sacks and 71 tackles in 2023. Hooper, a two-time Pro Bowler, returns after catching 45 passes for 476 yards and three touchdowns in his first season with New England.
Both players have ties to Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel, with Landry drafted by Vrabel in 2018 and Hooper having played under him in Tennessee. Additionally, Hooper worked with New England offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels in 2023 while with the Raiders.
