The game, which will be held at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, is set for a 5:45 p.m. kickoff. It will be broadcast live on ESPN, with Jay Alter providing play-by-play, Rocky Boiman offering analysis, and Alex Chapell reporting from the sidelines.

ECU enters the game with a 7-5 record and is led by head coach Blake Harrell, who was officially named head coach on Nov. 27 after serving as the interim head coach since Oct. 20. The Pirates are aiming for their second consecutive postseason victory, having defeated Coastal Carolina 53-29 in the 2022 Birmingham Bowl.
